The skeletal system isn’t perfect. Its actually very fragile. It doesn’t take much to throw your body out alignment which can have a domino effect of pain in your joints. For most people joint pain comes from the way we walk. Fixing such a minor problem is easy with orthotic soles. Today he insisted he nap on the floor. I kept taking him and his pillow and putting him back to bed, because its too cold to sleep on the floor. He would wake up  before long though and take his pillow and go right back to sleep on the floor.

William Shatner really makes the show brilliant. I don’t know how he manages to do as well as he does at that age but wow… Way to go Captain Kirk.
