Diet Blues
I have been doing really well on my diet but tonight I just want a big greasy burger so bad. I think maybe am craving one because I have changed to a mostly vegetarian diet. I am not a fan of the vegi’s with more protein in them so I try to supplement with fish, or chicken, or light cheeses but my body says it needs a steak. So now I am faced with the question.. to cheat? or not to cheat?
